Generative AI: Pioneered the use of generative AI for building chatbots and enhancing context retrieval accuracy to enhance customer service process flows. Demand Forecasting: Developed and deployed Deep Learning models for optimizing inventory management, leading to improved forecast accuracy. Customer Service Optimization: Designed a data-driven method for distributor segmentation, resulting in efficient service delivery.
